... I'm trying to find a valide replace for it.

Processor AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000
Video Card EVGA GeForce 9800GTX
OS Windows XP Professional
Price $75~$150

I don't want to use Vista.
I would like to put my video card in SLI with the on board card.

Any help would be appreciate

There are no good SLI capable boards for AMD processors, they tend to be glitchy.
