ASUS P4P800/Kingston PC3200 DDR-400

Hello all, got a question about memory timing settings for my ASUS P4P800 MB. Using 4 Kingston 1GB PC3200 DDR-400 in this MB and I've noticed when benched it reads the timing at 2.5-4-4-8 1T. Tried setting this in the BIOS to 3.0-3-3-8 but it locks up. I believe my current timing is 167MHZ and I'd like to run it at 200 MHZ....any thoughts?
