How to overclock i7 860

I would like to know how to Overclock a i7 860, ive been seeing a lot of different forums and different answers depending on your mobo. My current Rig is the following:

Motherboard: EVGA P55 FTW
Processor: Inter i7 860
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
Vid Card: MSi GTX 570
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60
PSU: Corsair GS800

I used this to overclock my i7-920 from 2.66 GHz to 3.82 GHz. Very stable and current temps are 29 degrees C with an ambient of 22 degrees C.
