Hi guys, u just formatted my computer and cant install the the sata controller driver (if there one?).

In the device manager, all it says is:

"Standard AHCI 1.0 Serial Ata Controller"
"Stamdard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller"

I went to the asus website ( http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=Crosshair+III+Formula&p=1&s=24 )

and got 2 files,
"AMD RAIDXpert driver V2.4.1540.27" which looks like a piece of software other than a driver, and "AMD AHCI Compatible RAID Controller Driver V3.1.1540.127" which is just a bunch of .sys files.

I also got something called "ATK0110 driver" which a quick google revealed to be something related to AHCI (possibly a driver?).

Can someone tell me what these 2 files are, what drivers do i need to install, and finally, what does APCI do? XD

Thanks!
