my computer screen jumps up and down while trying to use the Internet..Have Windows XP--using IE 7 nd have Firrefox.just started doing so yesterday

Try updating the mouse driver and replace the mouse if the driver doesn't fix the problem.

If the computer is laptop, you can install the sinaptics driver, and/or add a mini mouse.
