Hello
I have Packard Bell 5095 with Columbia 2 motherboard.
The pc went dead and found that some electrolytic capacitors had swollen/etc.Have removed them ok but what I can't understa nd is there connections.
The capacitors positives are connected to the printed circuit board ok but the negative side don't seem to have any connections which is crazy because I have checked with avo meter and that they are connected to negative side ok. What am I missing because I just can't believe what I am saying?

motherboards is quite a different thing - soldering is not recommended once you see unusual things on it, like burn component. simply replace the whole thing to be safe.
