Hello,this is danyal, and my computer says a disc reading error occured press ctrl+alt+del i did it many times but nothing happened

it all started while i was surfing the net and every thing hanged up suddenly so pressed ctrl alt and del the computer got restarted and it said
a disc reading error occured press ctrl+alt+del i did what it said but nothing happned now i am stuck!

i will be thankful if anyone replys!!please reply!

open pc case, check the power cable, keep them tight with the hard disk and resart the computer..
