Hi again,

Can someone let me know why the power cord in the back is loose when I have pushed it in all the way?

It wiggles like it will pop out.

Can I switch it out from one from an old psu?

Anyone have this same problem? Is it the cord?

Which end, the PSU or the wall?

If the stock PSU power cord is not fitting into the PSU correctly, you should contact Corsair. It should be very tight.

The psu it works but its loose.

Well, if the cord end looks flawed somehow, replace it. It would be OK to use another one, as they are standardized.

If any standard cord behaves that way, it's a bad sign though. You very much NEED a solid contact at this spot, so contact Corsair or your retailer for a replacement.

Yes you can switch it with an older outlet chord.... if its also loose then it may be your PSU that has a loose connector 'hole'.....
