the problem i am facing. i am not able instal winxp or win 7 os
tried a lot

it show blue screen error while installer "bad pool caller" on winxp with service pack 2

in win7 it showed disable bios memory and cache error , some time blue screen ( 0x000008e,0x8bd597f7,0x8875db2c)

Well aside from you being in the wrong forum, you should be in the CPU forum so you can ask a mod to move it or i will but start by trying the ram in differant configurations leave some out to test for bad modules and double check all and i mean all connections inside the PC#

Why did you buy 4GB RAM if you have a X58 motherboard which is triple-channel (i.e. multiples of 3GB)?

Sounds like bad RAM to me.

You could also use the setting in BIOS to limit available RAM (sometimes listed as Install OS mode) to resuce the amount of RAM available while not needing to open the box.
