Assuming you have another working pc to access the Internet, google search paragon 2011 download and create a boot disk. It's great software with a free 30 day trial that should be able to help you format, if your disk is in working order.

You can also go to the hard drive manufacturers website and download their free software to troubleshoot your drive. Again, I'm assuming you have a 2nd working system. If not, get a friend or family member to do it on their system to get you up and running...
