I was just wondering if this setup is any good or compatible, since I just got into building computers over buying them, i dont no so much. Been doing alot of research but want expert advise. My main purpose for this computer is to play games, graaphic design, web design and normal office stuff. Thanks

MOBO: MSI 790FX-GD70 AM3
GPU: (2) SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770 1gb
Moemory: (2) OCZ Platinum 4GB (2x2GB)DDR3 1333
HHD: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB
Power Supply: ABS DARK BERET 850W

i sure dont claim to know all that much but from what i have read i think everything should be fine...wait just looked and it states on msi site that the memory is only 1.5v..ocz is 1.65 might be a problem really not sure but if it were me id try to find some that was 1.5 think i remember someone having problem with ocz on this board but like i said could be wrong i dont know everything

No good reason for a 790FX board or a 965, the 955 can just have its multiplier bumped up to give you a cheaper 965. The review of the 5850 showed that there was no performance hit from 8x/8x crossfire vs 16x/16x crossfire.

You can save a significant amount with this combo

If you arent going to be running multiple adobe programs simulaneously then 4GBs of ram should be sufficient, however if you will be using 64 bit CS4 it will appreciate 8GB.

I would suggest this PSU instead, it provides a mere 2 amps less on the 12 volt rail, is cheaper, and modular, and the TP series is very good, i am not sure about the ABS dark baret series

Swap the HDD for the samsung F3 500GB drive, its cheaper, and faster
