I have a HTPC that I have build in a antec case.
And if i shut down windows xp. Next time I start windows hangs upp , it goes so far as i see my desktop and virus program is loading ?
I can press reset button and it reboots and then all is ok ?
Then I can restart and that goes ok also.
Could it be a motherboard problem ?
I had the problem before i started to install all applicationprograms virusprog.. etc..
I have read some threads about low voltage...?
