I wanted to be informed if this PSU would work with GTX 295 ? or maybe the new ATI 5870 ? What do u think ?Do I need to upgrade PSU ?

Hey it's up to you, you've got a cheapo psu with 22 amps of +12v power and you want a highpowered video card like the GTX 295 that can use 17 or more amps on it's own ( one test site had it pulling 26 amps ).
