can I overclock to 4.8 GHz with an MSI P67A-C45 and an Intel i5 2500K??

Depends on what your cooler is and airflow, power supply, ram, alot of different variables to check. Best thing is to try and get it as close as possible to that number while remaining stable, but thats something we cant help you with your going to have to experiment yourself.

Don't know. 4.5 GHz is usually easily attainable. Anything over is a crapshoot. It pretty much depends on your particular CPU sample.
