Xp reset to default screen settings by itself
Last response: in Windows XP
XP reset all the screen settings, font size, wallpaper, screen saver, desktop theme, etc, by itself yesterday when I started the system up. This is the first time it has happened. The laptop seems to be working OK otherwise and will still accept my changes to the screen settings. Does this happen often? Any thoughts on a cause? Just a random glitch?

Just a random glitch?Is it possible the screen saver was activated in the previous session prior to shutdown ? Sometimes an older screensaver will reset some display settings.
