I am in college and share my apartment with a room mate so noise is somewhat important. I don't care but don't want to drive the room mate crazy. I will be running a core i7 920 build and I will be doing some light overclocking so I want to make sure I am getting the best airflow. Also quality is important as I want this case to last for future upgrades!
Any opinions on why I should pick one case over the other is appreciated!

In terms of case ventilation, airflow, and cooling the Antec 300 would be the better buy. The orginal Antec 300 is an extremely popular case with gamers on a tight budget.
A lot depends on how you like the aesthetics... the cool thing about the Three Hundred Illusion is that it's the special edition of the Three Hundred, meaning that it comes with some extra fans and sweet LED lights.
You also may want to compare the user reviews on NewEgg for example. Not to brag, but it looks like the Three Hundred Illusion has slightly better reviews when you check out the percentages.
