How to replace the jumpers so I can load windows up on my computer

There was two jumpers removed from my computer now nothing will load it keeps saying jumpers need to be in right postion to load.Who can help me with this.

Welcome to THG - Im guessing you have old IDE drives which have master / slave jumpers on the back.

To be sure can you post some information on your PC specs ?

If its a case of missing jumpers they can be obtained cheaply
