Can i enable Cool & Quiet while Overclocking?

Hello,
My System
Amd phenom ii x6 1055t (3.5O.C)
4gb Kingston ddr3 Ram
Ati 5770 1gb
Mobo: Asus M4A78LT-M

My system is Overclocked
So i want to enable Coole & quiet
to save electricity
is it possible that i enable Cool&Quiet with overclock cpu

The two practices are diametrically opposed so no,
if you overclock you are using more power, if you are using C&Q you are limiting power
you can't have a V12 engine with N02 jets meeting noise and emission levels now can you?

Yeah, it's totally possible. You need use K10 state for set the rules for Cool'n'quite.

Yeah, but remember that big difference is on load.

Just opinion, overclock 3.5 is midle oc , vcore still around 1.44v still enabled cnq and stable also no problem .. I think is good save power.
