Need Help Overclocking

Ok well a month or 2 ago i overclocked my CPU to 4.4 ghz im a noob at OC and im sure i did somthing wrong bec today

i got an OC Failed mssg and had to reset to default settings

i have Intel i7-2600k Sandy Bridge CPU and an Asus P8Z68-V mobo

i now want to overclock to 4.5ghz but the correct way can anyone pleas lmk what to do or make a Step by Step Tut or even a video tut whatever works

i have a HALF Coolermaster case with great airflow and a Corsair HYDRO H70 CPU Liquid cooling and a Corsair Gold 1200V Power Suply thanks lmk pleas
