Here is my current ram setup which is stock.

512MB 333MHz DDR System Memory (2 Dimm)

Max Capacity is 2048mb

There are 2 slots, would the link below work fine?

From this specifications from the memory PNY website it is compatible with DDR PC2100 (266 MHz Bus Speed) which is your speed!

But i am not much sure about whether you motherboard accpet it or not

You motherboard can support upto max 2GB of memory!
