Board broken ?

Hi,

my PC at home , Linux OS with the M3A78 board / 4 GB Ram and an Geforce 9500 GT shows since yesterday a very strange behaviour.
First it stopped / freezed during normal operation and since than it does not start anymore. After powering it on the first boot screen comes up showing the Bios version and than it shows the GRUB bootloader. From this point onwards nothing works. If I choose an OS it immediatly reboots. I tried to start Memtest86+ , which is included in the Grub Menu , I get a completely distorted picture. Booting from a Live CD shows the same results.

Any clue on what might be going on here ?

Try reinstalling your Linux OS ,ubuntu, mint Linux have had problems with grub when It updates to the new version
I went to mandriva 2010 I have everything working and I'm still a new.
Hope this helps good luck.

tks for replying, but since booting from the Live DVD fails with the same symptons it is impossible to install new
