Problem with my Asus

hello ! how are you guys ? i hope i would get an answer to that problem asap and i would really appreciate it ! thank you !
my rig :
mobo Asus Ex-58 EXTREME RAMPAGE II
proc Core i7 920
VGA HD GigaByte 5850 1 G.B DDR5
Rams Mushkin bus 1600 3x2G.B
Power supply : 700 w Hec Cougar
HDD Western Digital 32 Cache 500 G.B !
case Antec 1200
Monitor Samsung 20 Wide

heres the problems : first of all : the rams are not supported in the category of the Asus mobo meaning there is no Mushkin in the list ! however the mobo is reading 6 G.B rams and no problems but its not reading their names or anything except their speed and voltage ! is that okay ? or theres a problem with that ?
second of all : the Asus comes with a program named Sound Blaster Fi when i first installed this program , it said i will find its code on the back of the CD ! i did found the key written when i tried to use it ! it said this number is not right and sent me to a website ! at this time i was using Windows XP 32 Bit ! right now im working with Windows 7 64 Bit ! can someone please tell me whats that error ? can someone tell me please ? and what should i do to solve it ?
finally is that a good rig or not ?
