I checked reliability performance for the past several days. It showed the following events: ..OS stopped working ..iexplore.exe stopped working ..iexplore.exe stopped responding ..disruptive shutdown ..boot failure Any suggestions?

Format and re-install Windows. Immediately install anti-virus program afterwords like AVG Free.
