I can hear the computer continue to run the start up, but the screen on the monitor goes blank after the windows logo. I can't get it to start in Safe Mode either. I tried the Enable VGA in safe mode, but it didn't do anything. Safe Mode with networking simply gives me a list of commands. Any suggestions? It's a Dell 2400.

Do you mean it does exactly the same thing in safe mode or it won't do anything at all in safe mode?
First guess would have been an out of range video signal but safe mode should allow you to boot. Did you change anything or did it just start doing this after working happily?
