Sandisk 16g usb cant read

Hello,

Im giving up of searching answers in my problem. Can anybody help me with my Sandisk 16GB? I cant see my pictures being transferred. My OS is XP. And all the files in my usb cant open as well.

So you can see the files but can't open them? Any error messages? Tried in a different PC?
