XP and SATA drive

Hello, I am looking for the best directions on installing XP on a SATA hardrive, I have a floppy but I'm not sure which drivers to use?

I am ready to do this now and I have seen several ways to do this but I want to make sure I am using the right drivers and if NLite is a good way to do this or just use the floppy. I'm not sure if I want to take the chance on screwing my XP OS disc by slipstreaming the drivers?
