The CPU is supported since bios F4.
Better if you go with chipset 785. Just came out.

Power supply is okay.

yes it seems compatible an i wouldn trust that power supply look for something like corsair,ocz, pc power an cooling,antec earth watts ,gigabyte,ikonik,zalman or cooler master

You probably want 4 GB DDR2-1066.
Gives you overclocking room.
