have vista 64 bit system and microsoft wireless comfort keyboard 1.0A won't work after installing the fix download. it worked until i shut computer down and restarted next day and now only mouse works . help

Are you sure the problem isn't with what's in front of the keyboard? :D

Jk, did you try to replug, and reinstall?

unplug and plug back in the keyboard into a different port (aslong as its USB), if that doesnt work go into device manager and remove the keyboard and restart and see how that goes.
