my cooler is a "spire, thermax eclipse 2"

right now i got it doing 3.4ghz and playing games it stays at 37c loading the game it will jump to 41c for a split sec.
is what im whanting to know is do i keep pushing it? or is there more to overclocking thin just uping the ghz?
max timp for this cpu is around 74c.

whether the results of 41 C has been through the test with Prime95 stability during 4jam, if the result is like that then you can push it back, because the peak temp of 41C and intel overclock at 70C when do stress rest, try raising the temperature again while still safely restrained.

I have the same processor core2duo E7400 and I'hv reached to 6.13GHZ
