Advice on LAN Rig $1000-$1200

I am hoping to build an amazing rig with water cooling and being able to over clock it. I plan to enter this into a LAN contest as well as a build contest next month.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Within the month

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Multitasking, Overclocking, CAD, Gaming, Internet Usage, etc.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: N/A

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg

PARTS PREFERENCES: Water Cooling case and all the watercooling goodies

OVERCLOCKING: Yes

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: either

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 24" 2ms

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: A window to show off the water cooling and all the lights, goodies on the inside

If this is a LAN system and is meant to be portable, I would rethink water if I were you. Now, I'm no expert as I've never water-cooled before, but it seems like common sense would dictate that water-cooling+moving the rig around a lot= an incredibly high risk of spillage/fried components.

It would only go to events every couple of months. Plus, if I go to the event, I can detach the water cooling system and then put it back in before the event takes place.
