Power surge, bios overclock failure on start up
Oct 6, 2011, 1:48 PM
Recently there was a power surge at my apartment. While my surge protector saved my pc from serious damage, I am getting a new error message at bios when I start up.
The error claims there was an error overclocking my system, and gives me two options. 1 is to enter bios and address the issue. The other is to start windows normally.
When I start normally everything seems to be fine, but something tells me ignoring this issue would be unwise.

Try swapped psu, remove battery motherboard, wait 15minutes, put it back, try turn on your pc.
If you had many issue I think psu / motherboard dying
