Power surge, bios overclock failure on start up Tags: Overclocking BIOS Power Surge Surge Protector Last response: October 6, 2011 2:24 PM in Overclocking Share pizor October 6, 2011 1:48:18 PM Hello Community, Recently there was a power surge at my apartment. While my surge protector saved my pc from serious damage, I am getting a new error message at bios when I start up. The error claims there was an error overclocking my system, and gives me two options. 1 is to enter bios and address the issue. The other is to start windows normally. When I start normally everything seems to be fine, but something tells me ignoring this issue would be unwise. Any suggestions?
