Dvd and audio

I just bought a msi nf750-g55 motherboard this morning and I'm running win 7 64 bit, it booted alright and loaded most the drivers. but it will will not see my dvd drives and my audio will not work. I've called msi and have downloaded and installed the drivers they wanted me to get. and still nothing. any help would be I'd be greatful for I'm about to take it back to store claiming it's hosed....

you could try uninstallling all the drives (except for ethernet) and a fresh reinstall

it's weird , because windows 7 has almost all the chipset drivers available.
