Folder is empty and show 0kb but its not and is not accessible

Hello,
In my laptop xp windows there was ntldr missing and open recover the file and paste it D drive and formatt the C drive but when i open it it shows folder is empty and 0kb and not accessible. what sholud i do as it contain videos and some document files.

So you formatted the C drive? If you did, you also deleted all the files on the drive.

The issue with the file missing error is that it often comes up because of a hard-drive issue.

Will help if you posted some more details, what s this C drive and D drive? Where was the data stored, where was Windows installed, why did you do a format?
