[URGENT] Wrong Heatsink for CPU?!?!

Will the AMD Phenom II X4 945 and the XIGMATEK Dark Knight-S1283V 120mm Long Life Bearing CPU Cooler be compatible with each other? It says "ALL AMD SOCKETS" on it but doesn't have the AM3 Socket listed. We have everything here and are wanting to build... did we get the wrong cpu heatsink...?
