I have Scientific Atlanta Webstar 2000 modem and connect to internet via USB, as it was set by the people who came to configure that. Now occasionally i have BSOD, and i cant solve that problem. It has ndis.sys problem. I know this problem is often, and on one site i found that switching to ethernet may solve the problem. I unplugged USB, plugged in ethernet cable, but i can"t connect. Could anyone help me to set up connection via ethernet? Thanks! I have HP ProBook 4710s...
