Hi can you Help with my Problem with the Packard bell Imedia 5106 Win XP
I have downloaded the Cosmos Bios Version 1.0x 22-5-2002 -13.32.00 for the Imedia 5106 from the Packard bell site..
On execution of making a Floppy from this file I get a Error at 72% track 57 head 1
I contacted the help line but they would not help due to it being a Bios problem.
Does any body know where else can I go for a bios update. As my computer is very sick at the moment.
All my problems seem to start after inserting a 4gb usb pen drive it crashed after inserting pen drive ever since at boot up before windows starts to install I keep getting a error of a corrupt pci sys file I have done as the screen suggest but no cure I have a more detailed report of what I have done if anybody is interested.
Iam triying to get this Computer up and running for the Grandchildren any help please.
Thanks in Advance Buzzy
