That's the build I plan on doing when I get a job. It would take me about 3 to 4 months to come up with the cash for it and a month at the most to secure a job, so by then, prices will have either come down or something will be discontinued :na:

So yeah, comments?

775 will be pretty well phased out by then, and the i5 and dx11 cards will be out, there is no point in even trying to part out a build more than 2 weeks before your purchase date, and you want to make sure you have the money to be able to buy it if you happen to spot a good combo on something.

Well, I'm still planning on going with a GTX260, or some other variant of it by then.

I completely forgot about i5, I'll have to keep that in mind.

Alright, well, a 5 month advance build wasn't that great of an idea, so how would this build rate right now?

You could get an AMD quad core build for the same price that would greatly outperform it, so it doesnt rate too high.

When you get about 700-800 that you can spend on the build come back and we will set you up with a good system for the parts that are out.
