Hello, i have a Dell Ins. I sent it back to Dell because the battery was not holding a charge and the computer only works when plugged in. Dell replaced the battery and the charger and still the battery does not charge. I sent it back a second time and now they are saying they need to replace the mother board because there is a broken audio port. They want $200 because it is not covered by the basic extended warranty I bought. Does this sound right or should I have them send it back to me unfixed?

That doesn't sound right! Did they give a reason why the mobo failure wasn't covered by your warranty?
