What is the fastest consumer AGP 4x compatable AGP graphics card as of August 2009? :o
My research has brought me to the HD4670 :)

Does anyone know of a "better" (as fast but more reliable) card? If so why?

I ask this dumb question because the cost of a new computer or new, Mobo,CPU,RAM ,Video card combo,
is beyond the clients budget.

Also he want's to support his two Asus monitors.

System being worked on:
Dell Optiplex gx260
MoBo: outdated p4 pc2100 setup
CPU: P4 3.06GHz HT
RAM: 1Gb PC2700
PSU: 450w Antec
GPU: onboard

Running on a 4x board the card will be seriously handicapped, but then again, it would be bottlenecked by your cpu anyways.

I'm pretty sure the HD3850 is still the fastest AGP card out there.
