I am getting a couple components from a friend and he has offerred a decent price if I want this PSU as well.
I will be assembling:

Intel E6300
MSI P7N SLI-FI
EVGA 8800GT (x2 for SLI)
Xfi Extreme Audio
WD Black 640Gb
2Gb DDR2 800Mhz

may go up to 4Gb and E8400 - soon.

QUESTION:
Will the Antec Earthwatts EA500 Delta 500W be a good PSU for this set up?

The Antec Earthwatts 500 is a very good power supply.

However, I have a question. In your list of components you indicated an EVGA 8800GT (x2 for SLI). Do you mean you want to use two 8800GT video cards in SLI mode? Luckily they don't use too much power so you're still okay with the EA500.
