How do i keep my heatsink running at 100% of its rpms. i like my comp cool. i don't care about how loud it is. I just like to keep my cpu cool. im running on an i7 860 with stock heatsink that came with it. What should I do? :o

Switch off fan control either by BIOS or whatever program you are using for the fans.

Often called "smart fan" or "Q-Fan control" or something fancy; this manages the RPM in relation to the measured temperature. Disabling will make the RPM go at 100% level.

There are many apps for this. For one, you can just turn off fan control and the PSU will supply your fan with maximum allowed power so it will run at 100% or you can download a program like speedfan and can manually control everything.
