I'm still pretty new to the forum but was wondering. Is it better to pair an ATI video card with a AMD CPU? or NVIDIA video card with an INTEL CPU? Does it even matter or make a difference?
Thanks.

it doesn't make a difference. a video card should work just as well in an amd machine as an intel. pending if the cpu itself is capable of pushing enough data to the card

yes and after all a nice speedy cpu doesn't matter the company's top toys or fanboys
amd is best value for money and intel is a bit more expensive but you won't notice the difference (al least for gaming)

I was really tempted to get the AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition but I heard that the Intel i5-750 is a little bit more but is better. Correct me if I'm wrong.
