Windows xp cannot boot from cd-code 5

i am doing windows xp installation
bios detecting hard disk and cd-rom.
this hard disk is working fine with other boards
but whenever its start installation shows error
Cannot boot from cd- code 5
. my board is celeron 500mz
.i have changed hard-disk , changed XP-cd, changed cd-rom.
nothing works.

can anybody having solution for this??

the code 5 gived before format or after, if itis before so you must check your installtion cd or memory.

Actually the the reason for format was missing ntldr.
so i attached this hard disk to another desktop and copied all data and did the complete hard-disk format.
then i tried to install the fresh copy of windows xp.
