Problem with DOK

sorry about misspelling!
I post this before, and I didn't have any replay, so I hope for answer now.

I have new 16GB dok, kingstone data traveler G3.

Some computer has a problem, so i downloaded an Hard Disk tool.
the tool is booting from USB, so it's formated my DOK to 1gb or less..
so I downloaded 'HP USB disk storage format tool', and formated back to 16gb.

but, now the DOK working very wird,
for simple, i copy to the DOK 6GB, and every 2gb(for simple, not true) the copy has stuck for a minute.

before, the dok was very fast.

my CPU is i5 2500k.

can you help me?

Can you reformat it with the windows format command? You may have to format it from the command prompt. For example format e: or what ever your drive letter is.
