Hello All,

I have a real noob question for you all... I am trying to extend the life of my system for a little while longer and would like some advice...

Current Setup:
AMD AthlonX2 4200+ 2.2ghz Dual Core
Nvidia Nforce 430 chipset
3gbs of Ram
320 GB 7200RPM HD
Nvidia 8800GT 512 MB

My question is Can I upgrade my Graphics card to a GTX 275? Or is the processor not gonna be able to keep up with it? Bottleneck?

I can get a GTX 275 from a friend for ~$100 and I was wondering if it is worth it? Will I see a big difference going from 112 Stream Processors to the 275's 240?

I apoligize if this is stated somewhere else...

yeah its worth it but you gonna have a major bottleneck with a 2.2 dual get the 275 buy an aftermarket cpu cooler and crank it up
