Want to know if the Thermaltake Frio will fit on to my MOBO

I am fairly new to OC however I learned quickly and got my amd 1055 t to run stable at 3.95 ghz however like most people who OC an amd temperature is an issue. I have the asus m4a88td-v evo/usb 3. I have looked at some cpu coolers and one that caught my attentions is the thermaltake frio. The one drawback to this cooler is that it is so huge. Many users had to remove some of there ram sticks to get it to fit. I was wondering if this would be the case with my MOBO. I have Ballistix ram and it doesnt have a heatsink on it so it is the standard height. Or if anyone has other recommendations for cpu cooling my buget is between $50-$70. Unlike some people for me noise is not an issue. I like to hear my computer at work

Well if your RAM do not have heatsinks you won't have clearance issues. Go for it!
