i trying to get my spare system up and running but cant seem to get anything on screen.. when it fires up all light and fans come on but there does not seem to be any signal to the screen but graphics card is new and was working before.. so can anyone help

system athlon 6000+ x2 psu win power 750 watts asus m3a motherboard 4 gb ocz pc2 6400 800 mhz 1 gb xpertvison 8600gt ddr2

please can anyone help
