pc goes off wen loading windows, i can run in safe mode but then switches off half way

If you can run in Safe Mode, but not load Windows, you clearly have some kind of driver problem.

I suggest removing everything from your system except what you need and strip out all of your drivers. You may need to do a clean install.

Then boot. If you can go to Windows, your core hardware is OK. Then load the chipset drivers. Then the video drivers. Then drivers for any other devices.

Your problem will be between the last good driver and the driver(s) you are trying to load.
