Laptop HDMI output to TV

Hi all,

I'm about to buy a laptop and among other things I want to be able to connect it to a Full HD LCD tv and be able to watch full HD movies on the TV.

I don't know very much about these things and would like to know if this would be possible. The laptop I'm considering is the Dell Studio 1555 with the following specs:

-512 MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics

-HDMI Digital Output

-Blu-Ray Drive

-15.6" Widescreen 1366x768 WLED (I'm slightly worried about the 1366x768 bit. Does this relate to the laptop monitor only or will it compromise output resolution as well?)

-Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.40 Ghz (x2)

-4GB DDR2 Ram
