Hi, i was wondering which one is the BEST cooler, i don't care if its quiet or not, it has to cool down my i7. I wanted to o/c it to 4 GHz.
I wanted the best Air and the best liquid cooling. Can you please help me find it? LGA 1366

Titan Fenrir will allow you to overclock on air to 4ghz - not too noisey either.

Water cooling will giver you better results all round, however getting a water cooling loop set up can be full of its own problems (leaks etc) - if you do go down the water cooling route - dont buy a budget pre-built kit, as more often than not they are worse than some cheaps HSF's
